Q: Where do I start?
A: Start online by answering the questions on the "Quick Application" and E-mail, Fax or Call us with this information. With your authorization we will run a credit report to determine your credit rating. With this information, we will pre-qualify you with your debt to income Ratio and tell you the maximum loan amount you can qualify for.

Q: What's next?
A: We will tell you to gather the needed information required to approve you for a loan. For example, you will need your last two years w-2's if salaried and your last two years tax returns if self-employed. You will also need your most recent three months bank statements and your most recent 30 days pay stubs. Based on your specific situation, additional documents may be required.

Q: After I'm Approved, then what?
A: We will give you a commitment letter of approval. Sellers prefer to sell to approved buyers. We can refer you to a few realtors and you will choose one to help you find a home in your desired area and price range. You will negotiate a real estate purchase contract through your realtor and we will appraise the property and close the loan. Congratulations, you're a new homeowner! Get ready to move!
